Iam going to buy a used Chevy Corisca I think it is a 1995 not sure are these good cars? Its all I can afford right now I really want a Honda but I can not find a used Honda I can afford I live in Marysville California if anyone knows anyone around here that is selling a good used car. I have $1,800.00 to put down and I would have to make like $180.00 payments a month. If not anyone with info on the Chevy Corisca because this may be the car I will have to buy just whant to make sure they are reliable cars. It has 58,000 miles on it. Thanks a bunch

It's an ok car, but that tells ya something, if it has 58,000 miles and 12 years old. That is not a lot at all. That car has sat up a lot. I'd rather buy a high mileage car than a low one. At least with high miles, you know it's been driven and not sitting up.
A better alternative would be a chevy prixm or toyota corolla (same thing) I have a 99 prizm, and it is a pretty good car. Not great, but it works well for me as my second commuter car, and gets 34 mpg. They are pretty cheap too. For older ones, they will be made by geo. Make sure you don't get the 3speed automatic, gas hog! lol

It depends on how the previous owner drove the car and what damage its had. Get on Carfax.com and look up the VIN number of the car and see what the car has gone through.
