i have a friend her name is starfire( not her real name) anyway she's a cutter and she tells me that she's afraid that no matter how many times she tries to stop she end up starting up all over again but i dont know how to help her what should i do she addicted to it i really wanna help her!!!!!

If you friend is under the age of 18 you need to tell an adult. A school official, your parents, her parents, a priest or clergy member. Someone who will know what to do. Cutting is a serious symptom of a serious problem. She needs to get help from people who know how to help her. Those people do exist.
If she's over 18 the best thing you can do is to tell her how very much you care about her and that you don't want her to hurt anymore. You can ask her to get help and offer to look up resources in her community. Offer to go with her to her first appointment. Just let her know you are there for her.

She needs professional help immediately...no matter how scary this will be for her, without help, she may not get over this. Find some literature on this and let her see she is not the only one with this problem.
