You'll bleed more if your blood is thinner. If you go to a professional tattoo shop, you wont get skin cancer as long as you take care of it afterwards.

I have never heard of getting skin cancer from tattoos and YES you bleed you bleed during the tattoo the tattoo artist has a paper towel that he uses to wipe your blood and extra ink off of the area so he can see what he is doing. and you bleed a little for almost a day after not a lot just a little like they will put something over the tattoo to protect it and you take it off the next morning and have a shower and clean it and there will be blood on the bandage and dried on your body I know it sounds gross but really it isn't that bad and some people bleed more then others

Highly doubtful that tattoos give you skin cancer. There is nothing to prove that they do. As far as the bleeding goes, very minimal. Depends on how you bleed for a scratch. Heavy bleeding from a tattoo means that the tattooist has his/her needles set too deep.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Skin cancer, no.
Bleeding, maybe. I bleed a little bit, but nothing heavy. Just a few drops overall. Of course, the amount of bleeding will depend on the location of the tattoo, but you will never lose drastically large amounts of it.

Do you bleed? Hmmmm, let me think....a series of needles entering your body at a rapid pace over the span of seconds, um, YES you bleed. Sorry, that's like asking if tattoos hurt.
Skin cancer...well, I've never personally heard of a case of skin cancer coming from ink, but if you are dealing with a bad tattoo artist you do run a higher chance of contracting Hepatitis and potentially HIV (if they are re-using dirty needles, etc).

some people do bleed when getting a tattoo. i don't. but other people i have watched get tattooed do bleed. i have never heard of people getting cancer from a tattoo. that really doesn't make sense. tho sometimes people on here say that you will get cancer and burns. i guess it is just misinformation that they have been given.

If you happen to could, most youngsters would have it. In step with the NIH, you might have to ingest greater than an ounce of writing ink before it can be more likely to be a problem. With this knowledge, we can answer this question as a definitive no.
