Yes, It is called salvation and deliverance. There is a spirit, or, in other words, a demon of homosexuality that can enter into a person and make them think that they are homosexual. If you go to a deliverance ministry, you can get set free. (and in case you don't believe that people can have demons, read the new testament. Jesus was casting out demons almost everywhere he went.)

Yes, He can. Read the Bible. You were not "born gay". Homosexuallity is a choice that people make themselves, through the influence of the devil.
