ok look i really like this guy n he likes me we have been makin out alot n huggin n bein all lovey dovey but he still hasnt asked me out.... dad says hes just usin me but i dont belive that at all..... do you think hes just scared? or what?

he i super sweet n pays for everything and gets along really well with my family i think hes a greta guy and perfect for me.... for once i have a great guy whos not going to cheat or hit me....

Reality is that your Dad might be right. But that does not mean that your Dad is right.
There are any number of reasons for his behavior, including being shy or scared or having friends or family who would not understand. He might be worried about financing or transportation. He might not be ready for a steady relationship. He might be totally in the dark as to what you expect of him.
At least some of the time, stop kissing long enough to talk privately. Adult relationship are based upon communication. Tell him things about yourself. Ask him about how he feels or what his plans are. Listen.
Be open and honest with him, but do communicate. It will only make your relationship stronger. Or it will scare him into leaving and proving that your Dad was right.

I am sorry. I don't understand how he pays for everything and you are not going out. Doesn't seem like you are mature enough to be hugging and lovey doven with anyone, and yes, to me, he sounds like he is using you for his pleasures. Sorry.
