I'm 14 male, i have a pain on my left nipple it doesn't hurt all the time unless someone accidentally bumps into me in that area or if i push it. its only on the nipple though, nowhere else by that area. i compared it to my other one: the right seemed soft and doesn't hurt, but my left one seems like it has a lump, that hurts when i push it. its not cancer is it, i have had it for ages please help i'm scared out of my mind.

Have your parents take you to a Dr, they can determine what it is we can only assume on here and we cannot make a diagnosis.so be seen by your MD.

have you ever had a chest x-ray. if so, then cancer is prob not the cause of your pain.. young male bodies are a tricky thing... soemtimes one nipple will be 50 times more sensitive than the other one. if you feel the need to go to a doc and everything else checks out.. might be what is commonly known as growing pains.. when i was a young boy, i had pains all over my chest and nipples also,, growing pains is what the doc told me..good luck and keep us informed..

Doesn't really sound like a cancer. Most breast cancers are not that painful and do not stay there for ages without changing. You still should go to a doctor to get a definate opinion though.
