You are supposed to crap everytime you eat --- if you eat 12 times, you should crap 12 times-- there are other factors that influence as well, such as fiber intake, and caffeine. Maybe you are eating too much fiber, or drinking caffeinated drinks for energy. Wait a couple of days if you continue like that.

hello there, i had or have more or less to same problem, but mine
started with diarreah, that it slowly became more solid,in the beginning i had go go,also every hour, and going outside to run
some errands was a risky businnes. (ha ha)
my wife, give a lot of rice to eat,but some diarreah stoppers
from the pharmacy ,did not help very much.
now, i went to the doctor, and delivered a sample to the hospital
and still waiting for the results (maybe tomorrow)
the only thing i can think of, is that the drinking water was cut off
several times in the building, and i did have the habit in drinking cold water strait from the tap.now i boil all water first and drink bottled water.
i am thinking. that i got either a salmonella or legionella bacteria
infection, they are checking this, at the moment its allmost over but all in all it started 3 weeks ago.
your case could be very well something similar.
hope this give you a idea, all the best, get well ,bye

Irritable bowel? Might be a good time to call a doctor.
I mean, the intuitive answer is, well you're eating more matter, you have to get rid of more matter. What goes in eventually comes out and all. Although, I don't know why you're eating more to compensate for exercise. If you're trying to keep your energy up, maybe grab a protein bar instead of a meal...it's heavy in carbs and protein, but light in, well, matter. That's a weird problem.

Well this happened to alot of people i know who recently started physical activity. You see...burning calories is not the only thing that may help in losing weight...you are pooping so often because your body is getting rid of heavy waste products that cannat be "burnt" It may have been in or with your fat cells..now that some are depleting...the waste is diffusing back into your blood and eventually into your intestines. It will stop eventually.
Until then...
(happy pooping) =p

Without knowing the particulars I would consult a dietician or doctor about the change in your diet/activity, obviously your body is not adjusting for some reason, it may just take time, it may take more fiber, not the sort of thing to guess on as far as your haealth is concerned.

You might have a gall bladder problem. It happend to my mom and she got really sick from it. Unfortunetly the removal of it didnt cure her completely and she still gets stints of this "crapping every hour" as you put it sometimes. it sucks but get it checked out. it isnt healthy to be losing that much crap! lol

I have this problem too--I probably go 4-5x a day. When you work out your midsection, you are increasing your digestion so it goes quicker. That's why taking a long walk makes you fart too.
