The Ontario Christian (also known as "The Snowbird") migrates in large numbers from Ontario to Florida each fall, where it fattens itself on cheap Cuban food and rum before returning in the spring.

No, people don't usually migrate. Some immigrate, and some are nomadic, but I think perhaps the only people who really migrate are the "Snow Bunnies" - the senior citizens who leave for Southern climes when it begins to get cold where their first home is.

Yes, actually. My BF lives in Australia and there are a LOT of American Jehova Witnesses there. Apparently, when they sign up, they agree to go to "another country" to witness for awhile. A lot of them pick Australia as a cop-out since they have running water and toilets and things.
My BF deals with the Witnesses by answering the door in his underwear. It's not an ideal solution, but it works.

We move from babes in Christ and gain a better understanding, but that's called sanctification, not migration.

I have seen some that "follow the fire", that is, go wherever there is revival.
"some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went"
God calls me to bloom where I am planted.
No migration until He says so.
