Rub it a little.

If it happens all the time you might want to talk to your doctor. Could be nerves.

I have the same problem when I get stressed out.
It causes muscle spasms in my eyes and legs....I am not quite sure why. But usually I try to massage it out sometimes that works.
Ususally thought once I take a few deep breathes and try to relax like taking a walk or just get away from what ever could be stressing me out I am fine again.
If this is persistant though I would consider seeing a doctor.

Oddly enough if your twitching continues, it could be a cause for much concern. Twitching tends to be an indicator of nerve damage, which may or may not be helped by surgery...you may want to go to the doctor if you just can't stand it anymore.

i just massage the area with my fingers for a few minutes and that seems to calm the twitching muscles down.

Stress and fatigue are often to blame, but sometimes a potassium deficiency is the cause. Eat a banana.

well it usually goes away within minutes, but if that doesn't help you may want to see your doctor. My neighbor's eye did the same thing and she had to get botox shots in her cheek to make the eye stop...very aggravating..hope that helps.

you hit it real hard with a hammer. That is the answer to all questions. if you hit about any thing else with a hammer it fixes it.
but the real answer is to experience something very similar to what initiated the twitch.

I usually stretch my eye out on the corners. Rub it some. Feel funny doesn't it....
