Normally, you can install it on 3 different computers. But to be sure, read the back of the box your Office Pro CD came in.

1. They require a new license for each PC. If you don't license a new install within 30 days, most functionality will be disabled. Also, pirated copies will not be allowed to download updates, as a result of the Office Genuine Advantage program.

If it is the single user version, like you purchase from Circuit City or Staples, you can only install it on one computer. Microsoft requires you to register the software within 30 days of installing, so you can't use it on more than one PC.

As many as you can, if you won't be doing Office Professional on-line update, on-line assistance etc on all the PC you install your MS Office Professional 2007 . MS may deactivate your serial key for on-line update, assistance if more than one PC uses your serial key for update, assistance etc..
