Nutrition will help with muscle but it only really plays a part in height when there is lack of it. Your dog will grow due to its genes. How big were the parents? At 11 mos he will grow another inch or so but, mostly at this age they just fill out.

By 11months, he is mostly grown. I can't think he would get much taller.
