He'll grow as tall as his genetics inform him to, centered on his breeding. He is already at the typical peak requirement for a male Dane. He's going to likely continue to grow in peak for at least an additional 6 months and potentially longer. After that he'll fill out. He's a Dane you do not need him to grow rapid. Additionally the food regimen you're feeding may be very inadequet to meet the desires of any canine certainly a Dane. The grain content material is far too excessive and doesn't furnish adequet nutrition and feeding hen once every three days is very inadequet. You need to be really careful about feeding great danes (and every other giant breed). You do not want them growing too fast, that's why they're not fed puppy food, nor any food with a protein content of more than 24% maximum.

At 11 months, he's likely reached his height (or very close to it), but he won't be done filling out and developing until he's around 2.

Nutrition will help with muscle but it only really plays a part in height when there is lack of it. Your dog will grow due to its genes. How big were the parents? At 11 mos he will grow another inch or so but, mostly at this age they just fill out.

By 11months, he is mostly grown. I can't think he would get much taller.
