I work with this guy and we hanged out a couple of times and he used to call me all the time. This week he has been sick and he has not called or talk to me that much at work. does that mean he is not into me anymore or he is just like this because he is sick.? It's been 5 days.

For the love of pete, the poor guy is sick! Quit being so needy and offer to make him some soup or something. Check on him. Let him know you are thinking about him. Send him a get well card. Lay it out there on the table...then you will know.

He has been sick, then do a little something nice for him, sent him a card or invite him for lunch, or dinner maybe at your home.. anything to let him know you are glad he is doing better.
Coming back to work after being sick for so long, he might need to catch up and he is probably so busy taking care of things than he is not even aware he has not called you or talked to you. I think if would be real nice if you can offer to help him out at work, so he can catch up.. You know relationships go both way.. do not be pushy just yourself.. Good Luck

I am having the same issue, I think it is because he is sick, give him some time and wait and see, if he doesn't come back around give him a call.

i like a guy at work and some days he barely talked to me and others he didnt. I finally told him I liked him and not to sound obsessed but why he wasnt talking to me some days. he was so happy because he was interested and thought I wasnt. (i can be very unapproachable)

I think it means he's sick. Maybe you should give him a ring to see how he's doing. Maybe he needs some chicken soup.
