In, No God didn't specifically say it, it is thought that Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible.
“The 66 books of the Bible were written on three continents? In three languages. By about 40 different people (kings, shepherds, fishermen, priests, and a physician). Over a period of about 1500 years. On the most controversial subjects. By people who in most cases had never met. By authors whose education and background varied greatly. Yet all 66 books maintain harmony with each other…as if written by one great mind. And indeed it was.” 2 Peter 1 verse 21 “Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy spirit” Critics of the Bible have tried to say that certain “historical statements” in the Bible are not accurate but archaeologists have uncovered many discoveries that have proven the history of the Bible as accurate. The principles and the prophecies of the old testament as well as its history holds for us today as much relevance as it did for the Israelites in Jesus day and it blends perfectly with the new testament.

In the beginning God created the Heavens and the earth. And no God did not say it. Man did write the bible through spiritual inspiration. I prefer the Interlinear Bible over the King James Version

Apart from those used in some Chritian churches who reject the Old Testament, all Bibles beging with the book of Genesis, and the first word in it is 'Breshit', which means 'in the beginning', and it is not said by God but by the writer of Genesis, probably Moses. The first time God is quoted as speaking, he says "exist light" and light comes into existence.

The first words in the Bible are "In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth..."
While this is not recorded as something God said, God is recorded as the first to speak. He said, "Let there be light!"
Even though the first words in the Bible were not a quote of something God said, it can be said they are His words since the Bible is the word of God. Even though they were not indicated as being "spoken", they were written by his inspiration for our learning. In addition, the word "inspiration" means "God breathed". So since these first words are "God breathed", it can be concluded they are the same as "God spoken".

First word in the Bible is "In" as in "In the beginning...." and yes, God said it, well he wrote it and did it.. God spoke the whole Bible into existence.. But technically, no He did not say it like he said "Let there be light", but He did speak it..

In or let, depending on whether or not god said it. Neither seems particularly awesome. I suppose the phrases resonate a bit more than "once upon a time" and "lights, camera, action" but not by much. Are you possibly talking about the Hebrew of the Torah?

"In"
Moses wrote the first 5 books for the Bible...... The Bible is inspired by God, though wrote by man. “ALL Scripture is inspired of God.” 2 Timothy 3:16 God is the author of the Bible. The expression “inspired of God” is translated from the Greek the·o′pneu·stos, meaning “God-breathed.” (See 2 Timothy 3:16) It is God’s own spirit, his active force, that he has ‘breathed’ on faithful men, causing them to compile and write the Sacred Scriptures. This process is known as inspiration. The prophets and other faithful servants of Jehovah who became subject to inspiration had their minds borne along by means of this active force. This means that they received messages, including pictures of purpose, from God and that these became firmly fixed in the circuits of their minds. “For prophecy was at no time brought by man’s will, but men spoke from God as they were borne along by holy spirit.”—2 Pet. 1:21; John 20:21, 22.

If you are asking about the Old Testament, then it is: 'OLD.
If you are asking from reading after that, then it is the title of the first Chapter which is: 'GENESIS'.
If you are asking after the title, then it is 'THE', as in: 'The Beginning of the World'.
No, the Bible is inspired by God, written by man.
