Water retention and the fluctuation in how your body metabolizes food. Also, as a female, your body goes through regular changes every month that effect how you look and feel. TOTALLY NORMAL!
To help regulate, I would continue with the exercise and stay on a regular healthy diet (not for weight loss but for balanced nutritional needs). Also, plently of water in smaller amounts throughout the day. Guzzling water in one go to make up for a day of drought is not the way to go.
All in all, I would say it is natural, but the fluctuations can be minimized.

yea, i look thinner in the mornings as soon as i wake up. But then on some days in the afternnon my belly sticks out a bit more. Its because i have water in my system. I drink 8 glasses a day. Plus if your working, some muscle might be growing as well. Its not a big deal. If you keep exercising, your bady will be more stable.

most likely either you are holding some water or your mind is playing tricks on you.
happens to all of us that work out regularly. some days I look in the mirror and "feel" skinny but I "know" that at 6'0 and 240 lbs I'm not even close to being skinny..

Because you ARE fatter on some days than others; mostly it is because your body is retaining water. keep exercising every day, don't overdo it, and try drinking ordinary tap water instead of 'bottled' water. You might be surprised.

yup. water retention. try to stay away from saltly foods and don't eat too late at night. alcohol can also make you bloated.

maybe you are retaining water. or since your working out you might be building muscle and that can be why you look bulky.
