Of course working out and eating healthy, but you want that extra edge? Here are some tricks Wrestlers use to cut weight. By the way, these things could be bad for you. Step one; eat about four/five times a day at the exact same time every day. Very very small meals. like an apple, or a granola bar. That's it. Don't drink any liquids when you eat either. The reason for this is to speed up your motablism. It is imparitive that you eat at the same time every day. This will set your body clock to digest super quick. Step two; work out early in the day. This will boost your heartrate for the rest of the day. When you go to sleep it will drop back down. Step three; (this is the hard one) sleep in as cold of a climate as you can stand without covers. Cold weather will force your heartrate way up to keep your body warm. Someone with almost no body fat can burn 5 pounds a night sleeping like that. Ultra effective. Step four; (the final step) watch what and how much you drink. You shouldn't drink more than a gallon of liquids a day. No sodas or juices (juice is bad when your meals are spread out and your heartrate and matablism is fast cause all the acid will make your stomach REALLY angry. Almost all you should drink is water. Ever so often when your stomach hurts drink a little milk. (When your motablism gets going really fast your stomach is going to hurt sometimes.) Follow these steps and you will will notice a HUGE difference. Be carefull though, what your doing is training your body to suck every little bit of nutrition out of your food and drink (you'll notice that the bathroom breaks will be almost nonexistant). So if in the begining of month two you go eat a burger or something your body will take in ALL the caleries, ALL the fat, sugars everything. You have to come out of "training" like this gradually. Good luck. Your going to hate life for the first week, after that it's smooth sailing. (except the sleeping in cold, you'll never get used to that.)

step 1: nutrition
you should be eating nothing be healthy fats, lean proteins, veggies, fruits, whole grain carbs and water. try searching amazon.com for a lowfat cook book to help you out. also i would reccommend eating small meals every two hours (small being under 300 cal) this gives your body a constant supply of energy and keeps your blood sugar level stable. when you go more than 3 hours without food your body begins a fat storage mode so that what ever you eat next will almost autmatically be stored as fat.
step 2: weight training
lean muscle mass is a good thing to have because the more you have of it the more fat you burn at rest (i.e sleep, watching tv...ect)! pick up some fitness magazines like Shape or Fitness to look up some good workout routines and follow along with their instructions. remember to find a weight that challenges your muscles (feel the burn) but does not leave you in agony after the workout.
step 3: high intensity cardio
jumproping or stairstepping or running on the treadmill in on and off sprints for 20-30 minutes should do you fine. remember with all of this physical activity to start slow and work your way up so you don't get hurt because that will only set you back from your weight loss goal even further.

Lose the concept in your head of "trying to lose weight" or "going on a diet". Being thinner and living correctly to gain that is a life style. Eat plenty of pineapple and grapefruit along with small amounts of protein(meat). Drink only water and small amounts of orange juice as beverages only. Walk.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Go to the gym, get a trainer, and exercise your *** off. Don't eat fast foods, don't drink soda.
Stop eating animals and animal products. (replacement proteins: beans, nuts, soy, some cereal and veggies. replacement iron: green veggies like broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, colard greens.) There's no such thing as a fat vegan.
