For tuna salad, two cans of tuna, 1 blop of mayo, 1 blop of Dijon, 1 blop of dill pickle relish. Mix well.
For egg salad, chop or shred the eggs, add the same ingredients and whip with a fork to mash up the eggs.
I made tuna salad for my husband this morning, and I'm working on egg salad right now.

I don't put mustard in my tuna salad, but I do put 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish and 1 tablespoon of crushed pineapple. Believe it or not, this is really, really good. Everyone who has my tuna salad loves it this way.
