While you are entitled to a police report at anytime, most will make you pay a small fee for it. So much per page, or just a standard fee for the whole thing.
Being entitled to something doesn't mean you will always get it for free.

You could go to the police station that you were brought to after being arrested and request a copy of the police report. Most police stations will give you a copy of your police report if you ask them for it.

Under Freedom of Information you cannot get a copy of the report until the case is ajudicated. Even you cannot...but your lawyer can. besides, FOI allows police departments to charge you, usually 50 cents a page, for the reports or documents. So..at fifty cents a page and it's probably a two to three page reports that may be alot of tricks for you to do before you can come up with the fee. But...good luck in court. Hooking is a victimless crime. You guys are more of a nuisance case in the eyes of the law than criminals.

I trust that while you were in jail you left a sign on your door advising your customers to beat it. Republicans need all the free advice they can get.
