As a parent the best gift i can give to my children is love and guidance. If you guide your children in this life with morals, manners, respect and an open heart for all people who dwell on this earth. That is a foundation that as adults no one can take away from them.

I think it is different for everyone. The best gift my mother could give me, is to spend quality time with me. That would help me believe she really cares. As it is, she continues to hurt me by having more important things to do.
My gift to my own daughter is self confidence and self worth. With that gift she will be able to take the reigns of her own life and discover her own purpose. I believe that is something no one could ever take from her.
