my boyfriend is really sweet, but sometimes he has no tact! Some of the things he says are just inappropriate I think.

For example, he calls me "his little stinker" and will comment on how "messy" i get after intercourse. (all in ref. to my lady)

he says other things, like "wow, what did you have for lunch?" right after he kisses me

he said once my butt looked like cottage cheese (I am a size 6 and in EXCELLANT physical shape)

Also, when I tell him that I love him, instead of saying "i love you too" he says "are you sure?" or "no you dont"

I dont get it.

then he complains I dont give him enough love, but HOW am I supposed to when i am starting to have a complex and not feel SEXY after he says sh1t like that???

How can I get him to stop and realize waht he is saying is rude?

Take him aside outside the bedroom and explain to him how you feel very clearly with examples but don't blame him. Instead of focusing on the negative things he does, show him how it makes you FEEL when he makes these comments and how hurtful they are. Try to tell him that you would appreciate tact and don't want your self esteem poked at. It sounds like you are still confidant in yourself (mentioning your body type) so good for you, and maintain that but make sure he realizes how hurtful his comments are. Once he sees that he should care about you enough to come around. Otherwise...you may want to reconsider what you look for in a partner.

Think well and decide what to tell him. The next time he says something like that just take it damn serious and tell him you are sick of him being so rude and it isnt funny anymore.

Just walk away and stay away from him for a couple of days. That should give him the message.

If he doesnt know how to behave then you should teach him how to.

three options:
when he says **** like that sit him down and tell him how in appropriate it is and how it makes you feel.

come up with rude **** to say to him if the first option doesn't get it. perhaps having him feel the same way will get the point across if talking to him doesn't.

third option if these don't work.. find someone who respects you a bit more.

chances are if he really cares about you and you talk to him about these things he won't even realize that they bother you.. he probably think he's just being funny.

How old is he? It sounds like he is still a bit on the childish side.

You need to sit him down and nicely tell him that you don't like him calling you these little childish names. He might think they're cute or something but he needs to understand it's not to you. Talk to him and if he's a gentleman at all, he'll stop or curb these names.

Talk about butt heads. This guy is a jerk and doesn't appreciate what he has with you.I'd make comments about him.Hey, he can "dish it out" but can he "take it"? One way to find out and to let him know you are extremely tired of his BS.
