How did the pain start? Did you injure or twist the knee? Is it present all the time, only on walking, only on particular movements? Is it swollen/bruised? have you ever hurt/injured it before? Have you had an x-ray/scan? Have you trouble with any other joints? Have you had blood tests? How long have you had the pain?
I could go on and on, we're not psychic, you need to post more information before anyone can offer an opinion.

My knees hurt also on the inside of my knees towards the bottom and it seems like it hurts worse on rainy days and colder ones to, doctors can't find nothing wrong just think that my posture plays a role..oxycodone works i take tylox

have you been for any scans...often the bone marrow begins to depleate...a good sign of arthritis....or maybe a dummy injury as my coach use to say, climate change perhaps, even your diet and what you intake can have affects on joints and muscles.....id suggest taking cod liver oil either in liquid or pill form...help wonders with my back and knee injury....

Try Reiki, a friend I know had neck pain and docs etc could do nothing for it. He had a few Reiki sessions and it was sorted, he has now trained as a Reiki practioner he was so impressed! :o)

i can't tell you what is wrong with your knee but i can tell you what works for me. it is called blue-emu you can get it at Wal-mart, it is in a white jar and the letters are blue. rub it on about 3 times daily, there is no odor (and it moistens your skin at the same time, lol)
