Being a tattoo artist, I had a snide little comment to give you about my having the tat if you have the... but we won't go there.
Have you tried complaining to your husband about it?
You need to find something just as embarrassing to him to even the score or at least make it seem like you have a piece of info on him that would be really embarrassing and let his mind (what there is of it) wonder and go on with your life.

Classic Seinfeld! No you shouldn't take a picture of him in the locker room. You'll just have to get over it. Also, if you haven't seen episode 85, "The Hamptons", of "Seinfeld", you have got to watch it!

In many cultures, you two would be engaged now. But seriously, if you do that, you are signaling your are interested in him sexually. And if you are, just tell him. It is much easier and much less embarrassing for all.
