Of course, water is a filler and a cleanser for the body. Very good for you and a bit of lemon or flavoring won't hurt, either. Not everyone is big on drinking water. Fruits are full of water so they are also very filling. Anytime you get hungry for a snack, grab a piece of fruit or two. Natural sugar and healthy. Veggies are also a great food with fewer calories. It may be hard to limit yourself to just these few things so be creative. With that piece of fruit have a cup of yogurt or a scoop of cottage cheese. For lunch, open up a can of tuna in water or chicken and heat it up with a can of peas or carrots. You will get full. That's the key. Not to go hungry, eat when you need to and drink alot of water, iced tea, etc. No soda. It's what we grab when we're hungry that makes the difference. Grabbing a banana at circle k instead of a pack of donuts for breakfast makes the difference. Little changes add up to alot and fast. Try it, be faithful, consistent and focus. You'll be amazed at how quickly the pounds come off and you are setting a different and healthier standard for yourself in the future. A new way of thinking about eating and you're a changed gal. Have fun!

If you add excise to that you may have a good chance of loosing weight at a steady pace. It is very unhealthy to loose weight at a fast pace. So do it the right way, but fruits and veggies are on the right track. Do not starve yourself though because that causes your body to store fat. Also eat several little meals through out the day instead of three big ones. A common misconception is to eat as little as possible that is way people hate diets but it is not how much you eat it is what you eat. Together with once again excise and the weight will start melting away.

This is known as a terrible calorie weight-reduction plan (though no longer all fruits and vegetables are negative energy). Most fruits and veggies burn more calories to digest than they honestly amount to. For example, if an apple is forty calories and your body burns 100 calories to digest it, then, in thought, that apple is -60 to consume. Hold in intellect although that it's not a diet that must be exercised for long durations of time, and that eating just fruits and vegetables can make you very hungry, if you're not used to a huge quantity to your diet. But to answer your query, yes, that you could drop extra pounds turbo consuming simply fruits and vegetables. Good luck to you! :)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Eating fruit and vegtables and just drinking water may sound like the healthiest option but that isn't always the case. You need to eat things from each food group to keep your energy and your protein up. There is, however, things you can do. Like not eating too much red meat, cutting down on anything with high fat or sugar levels. But just don't do anything extreme, good luck x.

loosing weight FAST is a bad idea!!!! more over you're cravings will eventually break you down and start you on a binge eating trip. that will only gain all your weight back. you should work on eating a balance of healthy fats, whole grain carbs, veggies/fruits, and lean proteins. try exercising every other day and keeping track of your caloric intake making sure that it DOES NOT go beneath 1200cal a day and probably keeping it under 1400cal a day. you should start to see results in a few weeks and these are the results that set you up for long term success.

Yeah, but you'd probably pass out. Your body needs protien to work well. Eating just fruit and veggies is like making sure your car has water in the radiator, but not putting any gas in the tank...it might run, but not for long.
