The response given by Carella is absolutely correct. If you do, however, have problems pressing the keys together at the same time, you could always open up Character Map, and then copy and paste whichever letters/characters you require.
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map. (This is with Windows XP. If you use a different Operating System, you may find it in a slightly different place.)
