How do you set up Microsoft Word to print a document as a book?

I would like to self-publish my own manuals, what settings do I use in Microsoft Word to properly format a 38 page document to a traditional book? Printing back and front and keeping everything in order ?

from word / file menu
page setup / margins / pages / multiple pages / book fold

and choose also how many sheets per booklet you want
