did you ever find any special traits in spiritual personalities, like flying in the sky, make-alive the dead, walking on river etc,. And why is it we respect them at all? Is it for their only verbal discourses and quotings from books and scriptures like many other political and social leaders by speech! And would it not possible to read those books by ourselves like many other self-development books? Apart from their own religious bias and narrowed vision from their scriptures, PARTICULARLY THAN TALKING...TALKING...TALKING for all the time, as if they are nearest to God and going to live for another thousand years,is there any real use by their service and presence? Kindly tell me your opinion openly!

And why is it, always said in all religious scriptures, that many spiritual leaders, did some some miracles, in those stone-age periods, and not now, in front of any one of us, to believe such super natural powers by the present saintly-men? And the present spiritual/saintly people, will they not be decorated and projected like the 'miraculous-giants' after some thousand years in the scriptures of those times?

A social leader must have strong eithics. Must be honest and a good example.

Not sure your religious beliefs but a spiritual leader in my belief is one that brings enlightenment to the word. They feed you the meat of the word as I would say. They may show you a way of looking at the scriptures that you never saw and that's why they are the Pastor, the Shepard, the Preacher or the teacher. They have an anointing for that office and therefore are led by the spirit and are at times shown things that may be hidden to the normal spirit man but once your eye is open then your spirit man begins to grow and starts to open up more to the true understanding of that word. A Social leader is just that, he or she just has good social skills and are able to captivate an audience. Which is a gift too but that doesn't mean that they have the other gifts or skills that an anointed office with a covering has and they don't have the enlightenment of the scriptures. There are alot of so called self anointed ones that feel the need to preach,teach,or try to Shepard but you can tell the difference and if you aren't getting any meat or insight and just a long drawn out sermon of some sort then maybe you need to search around till your spirit man knows he's getting fed.

Let me say that you have use a nice word in a wrong place that is LEADER, because the leader always be in front in doing the things and other follow. But in the above context it is reflecting on the other way. Frankly it is not worth to go through those books or speeches which doesn't help us in anyway of our personality development. If you want to be a good human being, my suggestion is " DO GOOD AND BE GOOD".

well according to me a spriritual leader is a person who helps the people how to live a good life and how to solve all problems they guide us how to live a beautiful life with joy and happiness
where as, a social leader wants something from us he wants to give something and take in return he is not bothered about personal upliftment of society
