reflective pad, not your standard plug in thing (although I think you need to buy an adapter for it). Anyone know who makes it, what it was called and where one can get it?

No, but thanks. The charger was totally flat...thin as paper almost.

a couple of searches for wireless inductive charger lead to two answers: spashpower and wildcharge. neither currently have a finished product on the market, both claim 2007 as when they hope to have a device for commercial sale.

I am assuming you are talking about the Visteon wireless charger for electronic, such as a camera, iPod, mp3 player.
