No you are not stupid just blind. That is not a healthy relationship. Do some serious thinking and consider your options. In my experience if a guy hits you or makes any aggressive moves like that it will not stop only get worse. You do not want to end up in a hospital or worse.

Yes that is stupid. I have been in an abusive relationship before and like you I also cheated. But let me tell you this love should not mean physical abuse. If things are already this bad you could end up being seriously injured or killed. This is serious and you need to move on. Don't do this to your self it's not worth it.
