You need to be more specific on what they are best at or if you mean they are the best one to join... they have their perks just like every other branch. It all depends on what you are looking for. In the world yes the USAF is the best.

Each branch of the military is necessary. Which is best depends on the situation. For example, today in a place like Iraq, the Air Force isn't as effective when you have insurgents mixed with the regular population.
