I am depressed, I feel very lonely, I have trouble sleeping.
I don't have a girlfriend.
What should I do?
Should I go to a striptease club, for example? Or what?
Or should I go to a prostitute, for example? Maybe I can make a deal with her, so she kisses me (french-kisses or something... if she is a clean girl...).
What do you think I should do, so my heart would not hurt so much?
I'm a 23 old man (or boy, or whatever word you like to use). I live in Romania.
I think if I don't remedy this situation soon, it would only aggravate even more and I worry about both my mental and physical health.
This constitutes a great problem for me, because I get depressed and can't sleep at night, and I miss a woman to make feel loved and say some good words to me and touch me in whatever way.
Looking for a real girl (or girlfriend...) is out of the question before I don't feel good and nothing hurts me.

I had only one girlfriend in my life, and it lasted for a while (6 months), we lived very far from eachother, we saw eachother once every 2 weeks, talked much at the phone. She found another boyfriend, from her town. I am alone since 6 months.
It seems I an unsuccesful with girls... I don't know why... maybe it's because I'm ugly, maybe it's because I'm shy, maybe it's my physique, my depression... I donţt know...

YOU NEED TO GET UP OUT OF BED....RIGHT NOW AND SAY OUT LOUD "TODAY, I AM GOING TO START MY JOURNEY TO BECOME THE MAN I WAS MEANT TO BE"
THEN GET OUT OF THE WALLS OF YOUR SAFETY NET AND DO SOMETHING....I CAN PROMISE YOU MISS RIGHT WILL NOT APPEAR AT YOUR DOOR....GET OUT THERE AND FIND HER! SHE MAY BE RIGHT UNDER YOUR NOSE BUT IF YOU PULL THE BLANKETS OVER YOUR HEAD YOU'LL NEVER KNOW.

Why do you feel like you need a woman? In my personal experience, the strip clubs, prostitutes, one-night stands, etc. just keep you craving moore - feed the addiction, so to speak, and leaving you feeling worse than you started off.
Two of the best things that you can do for this type of problem, barring professional mental help and a passel of medications, have nothing to do with women, and everything to do with making you feel better about yourself.
A. EAT RIGHT
By that I mean pay attention to what you eat, when you eat, and how much water you're drinking. A lack of the proper nutrients, particularly of water, will make itself manifest all over the body, from problems like high blood pressure to chronic back pain. Deficiencies in certain vitamins are known to cause mental problems. If you are one of those people who don't eat when you feel depressed, start eating. And if you're one of the people who eat a lot when they're depressed, what a vicious cycle you're already in. Start drinking water and LOTS of it. Every time you feel like overeating, drink water instead. Drink sodas sparingly, and alcohol as seldom as possible. Eat a lot of different foods, not just "comfort foods," alternate your salty and sweet foods with blander foods. Make sure you're getting plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Start taking a multivitamin.
2. START AN EXERCISE ROUTINE
Exercise is proven to raise endorphin levels, the "feel-good" chemicals in your brain, and it will defilitely enhance that physique you're worried about. Start by just going walking. do as much as you can. If you don't like it at first, you will. If you can't walk due to a disability, do some stationary exercises. Anything to work out your muscles and work up a sweat will help you and raise your endorphin levels.
If you do these two things, you'll help yourself more than you can imagine. Not only will it help you mentally and physically, but it will help raise your confidence level so that you will attract that hot babe you've been waiting for.

Go to friends NOT a striptease club and defiantly NOT a prostitute. Friends know you better and will be able to help you if you really tell them what's wrong. They might even have or have had a similar problem. You can also go to God you know. Even if your not a Christian you can go to him and he really does care about you. After all, he created you. And don't worry. He'll never put you though something he knows you can't handle. Have some faith and pray.

i feel sorry that yr down but agree it wont help to find a girlfriend......the best way to get a girl is to stop worrying about it and relax that way you will be more relaxed when you do meet someone..........its very cliche but find other interests that may involve meeting girls but not where you feel pressure .....what about a local vollyball club that both sexes use ? good luck.....

It's normal to feel sad sometimes. It sounds like talking to a therapist might help. Don't be so hard on yourself. We all have hidden burdens to deal with.

you should be worried about your health you need to seek mental health and see a doctor soon also eat healthy along with meds eat lots of greens veggies fish and drink milk. you sound like you are at the end of the rope please get medical attention fast
