Sometimes when the weather is overcast and gloomy I feel like sleeping or get a little depressed. If you feel that way all the time during the winter than it's probably S.A.D. That can be curbed by going to the doctor and getting some meds or either get more active. More activity in your day will cause you to feel better and not so gloomy. Hope this helps.

Well, .. I live in an area that is typically warm and sunny nearly year round. We have a short visit from gloomy, overcast conditions rarely. I love it when it's like that! It's a terrific relief from the constant "on" feeling of always having "good" weather.
Physical symptoms though, like an old knee injury aching from damp or cold weather... no, I don't experience those kinds of things.
