its simple. from the airport you can check out the hotel arrangements. the hotel transport bring you the hotel and they will arrange for the site visit in colombo. its very beautiful place. you can bargain for the site visit. its safe also. because every where there military check point. so they will allow the hotel cars or their vans. best wishes to your trip to colombo
