im on a diet, i wanna add the whole portion of cheese they sell at wendy's. HELP IM CRAVING

It would be better for you to just skip the potato and eat the cheese. Cheese has protein and calcium. Potatos just have carbs and sodium. Although people don't want to admit it, eating more protein and less carbs is really the healthy way to go.

Whether it's melted or not, it's still cheese and it's still fatty. Cheese is probably one of the worst foods to eat while on a diet. Sorry, but leave off the cheese!!!

all cheese is fatty. you're best bet is to make your own potato and melt down some reduced fat cheese. you might look into using soy cheese as well.

melted cheese is just as fatten as normal cheese
