The body needs specific components so that the cells can do what they are pre programmed to do, which is to defend and correct problems.

When there are healthy cells, there is healthy tissue, then healthy organs and then a healthy body.

In the medical paradigm, they focus on suppressing symptoms which affects cells with the hope that the body will take over but... every time you use a synthetic to suppress a symptom, you are causing a molecular deficiency and thus, is observed as side affects of the particular drug.

When it comes to wellness, belief is certainly important, but there are measurable results that medical professionals cannot deny on the charts when a patient has taken up a holistic approach to wellness. The reaction from the health care practitioner is to keep doing what you are doing, but do not want to know about these components.

So, how far down the rabbit hole do you want to go? These known components are fatty acids, 8 specific carbohydrates (glucose theory is now wrong), systemic enzymes, food form vitamin/minerals (not synthetic), phytochemicals (anti-oxidants), and also... knowing the person's metabolic profile or DNA as to what they should be eating for their genetic disposition.

There is so much more I can list and educate on, but... no room to do it here.
