Here in the UK the process is coming to an end-religion is already marginalised if not yet totally dead. It is of course nothing to do with immigration it's to do with native Britons rejecting theology as meaningless.

Others might disappear, but Islam wont.
"If any religion had the chance of ruling over England, nay Europe within the next hundred years, it could be Islam...I have always held the religion of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality. It is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself appeal to every age. I have studied him - the wonderful man and in my opinion for from being an anti-Christ, he must be called the Savior of Humanity...I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness: I have prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable to the Europe of tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the Europe of today.”
(Sir George Bernard Shaw in 'The Genuine Islam,' Vol. 1, No. 8, 1936.)

Christan's are already the minority.... Why do you like nobody really reacted to the Pope when he spoke of the koran? They are the biggest and strongest religion out there.... And to believe that in time religion will be fazed out... that will only be the doings of the liberal government...

well, very few people believe in the sky god anymore, that's for sure. However, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism and Judaism suggest that religion isn't going away anytime soon. Religion might change, but G-d will still be worshiped by man.

I hope so because religious differences are a cause for more wars ,it seems. The devine speaks to us from within and no faith doctrine is needed or wanted.I am a very loving and selfless person and would give you the shirt off my back, and need no religion to do the right thing.I listen to God in my heart and soul and mind He is universal consciousness and love, etc.

After Armageddon, there will be only ONE religion. The whole world population obeying only one authority. Jehovah God, through his son, Jesus.
(Psalm 37:9) For evildoers themselves will be cut off, But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.
(Psalm 37:11) But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
(Psalm 37:29) The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.
(Psalm 37:34) Hope in Jehovah and keep his way, And he will exalt you to take possession of the earth. When the wicked ones are cut off, you will see [it].

No, I don't think Christianity will be phased out. More and more people CLAIM everyday they are Christians but no longer does Christian mean living up to a certain Holy standard. People LIKE to be called Christians but they HATE to live like a true one.

I believe so, but none of us will be around to see it. It could take another millenium or two.
There will still be factions of people who hang on to their beliefs, but as mankind (hopefully) advances, the need for religion will eventually fade.
