I have natural dirty blonde hair. I am looking for a change. Will it be ok to dye it a light/medium brown? Im afraid i wont like it, so what should i do?

Blond hair makes your face wash away and look like nothing. brunettes at least you can see their features so i would go darker if i were u

Go for it, being a brunette is in, more then ever. It is so easy to go from being a blonde or a light brown. The first day will be a shock but by no time you will get use of it! Everyone needs a change, I say do it!

You are me... like 2 year ago. I had NICE natural blonde blonde blonde hair, very light. I got it dyed with low lites, dark brown. Now... I'm dark dark brown, fully. Most people I know say I should dye it back others love it. Sometimes I wanna go back and it's very hard to. But I am also very pale so I atleast look like I'm alive and breathing with dark hair lol, and not so washed out. I personally like myself with the darker hair, esp. in the winter. However... if you are gonna do this from blonde to a brown and maybe go back to blonde one day... I tell ya... HAIR SALON! Don't do it at home.

Go to a capable hair stylist and ask them what they think would look good with your skin tone.
My natural is the same as yours... in my younger years my stylist showed me a lovely caramel brown colour... we went for it! It was really nice on me with the cut I had at the time... it wasn't boring at all... the colour actually brought out my eye colour in an amazing way!
It really depends on the shade. There are so many shades of blonde, red, brown and yes even black.
Just find the ones that compliment your skin and eye colour.
Good luck and remember it's only hair... it'll grow back.
Just don't do anything if you have a special occasion or photos or something that you may regret later..

You can do it gradually.....like a dark blonde or a very light brown...no medium...If you like the way that looks, next time dye it a bit darker. Good Luck!

Dont change it darker if thats not your natural color. It will make you looked washed out. Try putting a little bit darker highlights in if you want to go darker. Or try dying the hair darker under you lighter hair. so the hair on top is lighter than the hair you can see. It peeks out and looks great!

Unless you feel that you are brainless, (I am not saying that all blondes are brainless, just most.)
Or try BLACK!
Black is hot and sexy and works well if you want to go goth.
Red if you want people to think that you are firery in the sack.
Colour tells a lot about you before you even talk.

why would you want to change loverly blonde hair.... your lucky enough to have been given the best hair colour out on the street, and you want to change to some dirty brown?..... im sure your hair is perfect darling, if you want to change something, please... just bye yourself a new dress (as a treat to yourself for having such beautiful hair) x
