Easy and fast? Can't be done that way. Just eat in moderation , walk a little further than usual, take the stairs ,when possible; drink lots of water, watch your fat intake and picture yourself already at your goal. Be positive and don't give up, even if you splurge one day, just cut back a little more the next day or so. I found I was more successful in my healthy eating plan (sounds better than 'diet') if I didn't give up my favorite food, just have a little less. My favorite is ice cream..and I lost weight even tho I consumed 1/2 gal. aprx. every 3 days. I switched to a low fat variety. In fact, low fat substitutes work well for me..i.e.:mayo, margerine, 1% milk, bread. I also tried to follow the food pyramid that was on food packages..I got so full, it was hard to make it to the fatty choices at the top! Start with breads and grains, then 5-6 servings of veggies and fruits , legumes and nuts , Dairy , etc. I like to eat all the time..so I spread it out over the day, but try to stop by 7 or 8 pm, unless you work at night. Another thing that helped was to eat the biggest meal in the morning ..reverse the order we usually eat .. breakfast last. Oh, and if you want desert, have it immediatly after your meal. If you wait til later ,one tends to eat more of it because they aren't as full any more. Be sure to eat til you are full once a day, that way your body wont try to hang on to calories because it wont feel starved. Honest..you will lose more if you do not over restrict your calorie intake! That just lowers your metabolisim. Moderation in all you do..that's the key. Good luck on your healthy eating venture..You'll make it!
Or if you are married, you could lose ..what about 160 lbs or so...by getting a divorce! Ha ha..just kidding!

Easy and fast is bad - it usually leads to temporary weight loss which only goes back after the "diet" has finished. There is no real permenant easy and fast way, possibly excepting surgery.
Never diet - change your eating habits. Swap sugary drinks for low calorie options, or even just water. Use sweetener instead of sugar. Have proper meals, and if you must snack, snack on something healthy. Start taking light exercise, and gradually increase it. Never deny yourself something, just eat less of it or a healthy option - if you are a chocoholic and decide to cut out chocolate altogether, you may run the risk of relapsing and biging on it. If you have smaller choccy bars or lower calorie ones, you're more likely to stick to your new eating regime. Always eat aitting down at a table, chew your food properly and don't watch TV or otherwise distract yourself from the experience of eating - how often have you had a bag of sweets by you when watching TV and then found to your surprise that you've finished a whole packet without thinking?
Only weight yourself once a week, and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up once in a while.
All in all, crash dieting, or even normal dieting is not a long-term answer. Try to make a permenant change to what you eat and how you eat. And aim for a loss of between 1 and 4 lbs a week, and make it permenant!

Depends on if you're looking for a fast and easy PERMANENT way or just need to look good quick... Change your portions, or if you need to squeeze into something fabulous, do the cellulite wrap. They really work! You don't lose weight, but you break up the cellulite and, no idea how it works, you become a dress size smaller.

there is no "fast" way, but there is an easy one
you can count calories.... all that you eat during the day can equal 1200 calories, healthy food ot fatty junk, and no more
drink lots of water and exercise to keep your metablolism burning and this will ensure that you keep off the weight after you get off the diet (exercise)

just eat sensible and do plenty exercise taking your dog for a walk is good or walking to work instead of using your car or join a gym if you want to tone up in different places
