I'm 20 and am very shy. The only reason I was able to go out with her is because she thought i was cute, and gave me her #. I have family (Siblings + some cousins) that are like my friends, but outside of my family I don't really have any real friends (just people I talk to at school and stuff). Should I be up front and tell her this? I heard that girls don't like it when guys are without friends. I don't want her to ask one day to meet my friends, and I'll have to say I don't have any.

She should be dating you for YOU, not your friends.
Don't tell her anything. It makes it seem like it is an "issue" when it is not. There is nothing wrong with being closer to your family than anybody else.
If she asks about friends, just tell her you usually roll with your fam.

I wish I could give you a good answer but I am in the same situation. I am a 41 year old woman who has difficulty meeting men to date because they all seem to want a woman who has her own friends and stuff. When I talk to them they ask me if I have alot of friends and like to hang out with my girlfriends. I never know how to answer and end up making something up because I am a shy person too and really prefer time alone instead of hanging out with a lot of people. It personally doesn't bother me if a guy doesn't have alot of friends as it means he would have more time to spend with me.

Just be yourself. I don't think it matters if you have friends outside your family or not. If she really liked you for who you are then she would accept you the way you are. There's nothing wrong with not having any friends outside your family. I mean, you don't just see them as cousins, but also as friends. Just be yourself.

I don't know man. I think that thing about girl not liking guys with out friend is just when they first meet them, if you are going out with her, it should be alright.
