Don't begin the first name with a D, cause then his initials will be DOH which will seem like Bart Simpson's famous saying "Doh!" LOL ok, just kidding. How about Jefferson Onyx Hall. Sounds very stately for when he's older, and when he's a child you can call him Jeff.

if your child is going to have such a middle name as Onyx, i would suggest neutralizing it with a more common first name, such as Aiden or Jackson. a unique name is cool, as it would make the kid stand out, but you would have to consider whether or not the name would be practical for the kid as he gets older, and you would have to consider how kids would treat him based on his name.
