My Mom swears by hers. She puts it on to work out and she puts it on when she gets home from works under her clothes and does her regular day to day things with it on. She las lost inches. But you have to keep up with it and do plenty of exercise otherwise the water weight you are losing will just come back on.

No no no!!! what those things do is making you sweat like a horse! You lose weight yeah, but all liquid, then you go drink the water you lost and there's all the weight you had lost before. As for minimizing... maybe they cause some atrophy of the abdominal muscles causing to lose muscle weight, but you don;t want this, the abs are really important for the spine health. The fat will stay there, and you only burn the fat you would burn without it... and its uncomfortable.

No. They do not. It is a waste of money. In fact you can just tie any cloth around your waist. It is worthless. It just stimalates mass stimulation. Only crunches and cardio vascular exercises like walking, running, swimming or jogging will really help reduce weight and waist.

Music making you eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology as well as Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your supper, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back regarding seconds. But hang on! Stop for just a minute and suck on a supplementary strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that third plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.
