Yes, after I had my daughter, I weighted 228 pounds. I lost down to 118 with a harcore low calorie diet and extreme workouts. However, once I started working again, it was difficult to keep all of it up. I gained back 50 lbs. I am slowly getting back on track but this time my goal weight is 145 to 150 lbs which is more realistic to maintain.
