yea yeah, i know, eat well and yadd yadda. i'm not really into hearing that. What i would like to know, is if anyone has any good workout tips that they have used to slim down your inn thighs, or just upper leg area in general? Thanks.

oh, dont those places kill? ive been working out every day for ages and those parts on the upper inner leg just dont seem to get any firmer! everyone says squats, but the squats seem to be building muscle on the top of my leg instead of the inside.

i recommend getting a medium sized exercise ball that you can hold between your legs. squeeze your legs together and hold for 10 seconds and then slowly open them back up again. do this 15 times per rep, three reps per day, and you should start seeing results. good luck!

There's no specific exercise for losing fat here or there.... when you burn fat it burns from all the fat available in your body, it doesn't mean if you do situps you are going to lose fat from your legs.... Or... if you want to get more firm inner thighs, then workout the adductors (they have a machine in gyms)... otherwise, and if you are not overweight, RUN, it's the best, or elliptical or spinning. Oh and of course, watch your diet. Good luck

Squats, using a step, leg lifts, yoga is also good at toning your thighs. I really like The Firm. It's very leg intensive.
