I've paid over 2k in Taxes. It's me and my two kids. But Oregon has their own taxes that are taken directly out of the paycheck.
I am filing head of household with my kids as dependants.
Anyone know how much that would be?

If you paid 2K in taxes then you are in Oregon highest tax bracket, 9% of your adjusted gross income. The problem most high income earners have with Oregon is that you don't have the federal deductions for child tax credits and you can't deduct all of your federal tax (the limit used to be $3000 in federal tax but I believe it was raised to about $5000). There was a ballot measure in November to increase the federal tax deduction to the full amount, but it failed.

Oregon has high income tax (based on other states) because they don't have a sales tax. Their minimum tax rate is 5%. There are some new credits that came in this past year, such as a $250 credit for volunteer EMTs, but I am in a similar situation - head of household with 1 dependent. I pay twice as much in Oregon tax as I do in Federal.

It's hard to say without the amounts you made and paid in. Go to www.shaydzofluv.com for a free estimate and they can tell you how much you get back and they can get it back fast for you and affordable.
