Be thankful that you have found a good friend in this person and who knows one day the guy will probably be rich. It sound as if this was the same way Bill Gates probably started out. Let the Kleenex fly.

Instead of behaving in such a manor that people are looking at you, not him. How would you like to be in his shoes, go to the office tell the principal. Were tired of this guy all he does is follow us around doing things we feel sorry for him but we can't deal with any more. May be he's so desperate for attention that even negative attention is better than no attention at all.Plus if his parents heard about that how do you think they would feel when there hoping that at the least no one is bothering him. Some times it's hard, but have a little sympathy.

Sadly, this guy doesn't have a clue how to interact with you and your friends. I doubt that he means you any harm, he just wants attention and perhaps throwing Kleenex (yuck) is the only way he gets it. You have a decision to make-try to make him a friend (he probably really needs one) by asking him to join your group for a soda or you can discuss the problem with a teacher or principal.

If he's really bugging you in a crazy weird serial stalker kindof way, you should talk to the principal and you parents.
My first suggestion though, would be to talk to this guy one on one in a public place. Maybe he just needs a friend and doesn't know how to be social. A gaggle of girls talking to him would be really stressful if this were the case. Plus, it sounds like he has a boyish crush and just doesn't know how to act.

Sounds like the poor guy is just desperately lonely and looking for some attention - any attention. It wouldn't kill you to maybe try being nice to him, just a kind word now and then would probably make his day and might help him open up and develop some social skills.

Has anyone thought that maybe this person is deaf? Maybe that is why he won't go. But, you shouldn't be mean to people just because there is someting wrong with them.

well, that is really too bad, can't you talk to a teacher or someone and have THEM talk to the poor kid? after all, maybe he just needs someone to actually take the time to get to know him...

If he is mentally disabled....LEAVE HIM ALONE!!! However, if he is just a pest feel free to put him in his place. Talk to the school and see if they can help.
