I keep mine in an open salt container, it is shaped so the salt does not go damp and sticky. Mine is by Kernewick pottery (Newquay,Cornwall). They have a shop in the main street opposite the Night Club, not sure what thats called..

Just put some rice in the bottle, that'll do it! It's what my Mom always did, and I forgot about it when I got my own place, until my salt clumped up! Now I do it too! It works, try it. Have a good day!

you can either toss in a few dry beans or a small handful of rice grains. this will absorb the moisture and usually will not shake out into your food. and try not keep it warm cool and dry is the best way to store salt.

Put some uncooked rice in with your salt and that will keep the humidity from making your salt stick together.
