A - if the trip is in your cousin's name, what makes you think you can go? The tickets have to be in your name or you can't get on the plane.
B - if you are flying, and Homeland Security catches your girlfriend with fake id, she will not make it to Mexico. She could end up on a no-fly list for the rest of her life if they so decide.

You can't get a fake Drivers License. It is as simple as that.

get someone to give you there birth cert. and ssn card w/ a public bill and go to the dmv. make sure they have not gotten a new d.l anytime soon or there will be a digital pic on file. solved if they look similiar. felony so make sure it is worth the risk. I would sell it to your cousin for half price and take your own trip.
