When I am watching my calories my favorite drinks are made with the flavored vodkas and diet pop. Vanilla Vodka with diet cola or diet rootbeer (tastes like a float). I also like the black cherry smirnoff vodka with diet cola, diet cherry cola, diet 7up or diet cherry 7up. And the lemon flavors go good with the 7up and Squirt. And sometimes I do Seagrams and diet 7up or Squirt.

No alcoholic drink is good for weight control. However, you can drink white wine and it's lower in calories and carbs than red wines are. I don't know about mixed drinks but I do know that beer is very fattening, if you like it.

A lot of people don't realize this, but pure alchohol has quite a few calories in it. A gram of fat has 9 calories. A gram of alchohol has 7, so even if your drinking something that's virtually carb free like bicardi or vodka it still has the calories from alchohol. Your best bet is vodka and diet coke, bicardi and diet coke. Or you could man up and take shots.

A Bloody Mary
White Wine
Light Beer

Stay away from stuff like Margaritas and Long Island Ice teas, pina coladas and other drinks like that because they have alot of calories almost as much as 7 -to 800 calories, search the most fattening alocholoc drinks. after I saw the calorie counts, I have decided I would rather have a slice of chocolate cake and a cup of coffee for those calories.♥

None. Alcoholic drinks are high in calories. You have to take that into consideration when dieting.

I would add that alcoholic beverages are chock full of sugar and carbs (alcohol). The advice being that you should watch the amount you consume and what you mix it with.

Michelob ultra lite. It is the healthiest beer for you. Stay away from daiquiris because most of them are loaded with sugar and carbs.

anything without mixers (sweet & sour, etc), or regular sodas (use diet ones) but the liquor itself doesnt have alot of calories (beer does tho, steer clear of that one)
