No, not if you have normal vision in your other eye. Up to 9% of the population have amblyopia.

If you still have one good eye than amblyopia is not a disability. if both eyes see poorly and are below 20/200 then that would qualify for a disability.

Possibly. Lazy eye causes blindness in the eye. I guess it is according to how well your vision is in your other eye. Check it out and see. All they can say is no, right?

lazy eye????? if it is soo bad that treatment doesnt work then yes
you should try to get benefits. its possible... when they de-lie... i mean deny you the first time(like they always do) keep trying
