It will be hard to flex around. All I can tell you is I am a better Mom because I work. It's not a popular fact, but a fact of my life none the less. Good luck and listen to your wife. She knows what she needs.

It can be done, but it's not easy--she should look for a place with a VERY understanding manager, and not expect a lot of pay. I'd look into part time cashiering, serving, etc. Have her request to work days when you're off to watch your daughter (so four days a week), and let the manager know that unless prior arrangements can be made, she is not available to substitute any other shifts.

you've an lack of self belief that you do not have were given to have. You presented your mission very solid out precise right here. basically pondering you're better technical does not propose that you received't get an excessively nicely procedure. How about attempting an overhaul on your lack of self belief with information from way of taking a public speaking direction at the same time as you search for a function? Or growing a member of Toastmaster's? you purely have were given to get used to speaking to persons. you're truthfully wise yet also look slightly depressed and worried. You sound lots like you're very with information from myself. you want to stop walking your self down. you're worth lots better than you perceive, so supply up it! the position are your friends? truthfully you've each and everybody to speak to who can help construct you up slightly. I somewhat do not understand what else to point somewhat then you favor to be prone to distinction the way you look at your self. I deliver you my very passable needs, and may pray for you tonight.

Get over yourself. It isn't all about you. She has the right to work when ever and as much as she want provided that baby is taken care of. Looks like you have plenty of time off for her to work on your off days.

Since your shifts rotate she could work something flexible like retail. But without know her qualifications who knows? I've had 2 children and work full time+ with both of them, My dear Darling Ex did not work enough to afford me the luxuary of only working part time.

I don't think she should be the only one to make a job sacrifice. Maybe you should talk to your supervisor and see what can be done for you to work a more standard or reasonable schedule for the time being as you wife is going back to work.

She could work in childcare. Babysit at home. Most daycares are flexible when working with part timers.
