Walk him away from it and he won't beable to walk in it. If you walk like 10 feet away to the point to where he can't reach it he won't walk in it or you could call his name and he'll come to you but it would be better for you to walk like 10 feet from his poop and make him not able to reach it.

Train him to only go outside and poop. Oh and don't forget to curb your dog.
