I'm not a guy but I still can answer this. If I swung the other way, even if I did, I wouldn't. I'd have to get to know you personally first. This is what i think.

first thing that comes to mind is:jailbait
but besides that, why are you even asking that? for the most part, guys would get with you no matter what, given those parameters. you haven't mentioned if your crazy, or have had a significant operation that would normally repel any guy.
other than that, almost any guy would get with you.
